Application can print your high-quality designed ID cards quickly with the help of an integrated print setting feature. By using the inbuilt email option, you can easily send your created ID cards or badges to bulk email addresses at the same time.
# Steps to create professional ID cards with the help of DRPU ID Card Design Software
Step 1 : Create a New Identity Card by using Wizard option.
- Click on either Design using Pre-defined Templates or Start by using Wizard to make a new ID card. You can also modify your existing design log.
- Choose the card shape (rectangle or rounded rectangle), card layout (horizontal or vertical), and card slides (double side or single side).
- Give a name to the card and choose a card category (paper slip or PVC card) along with the standard card sizes (A3, A4, CR70, etc).
- Select a suitable solid color, image, fill style or gradient for your card background. Click on Show Border checkbox to add a border and change the border color, style, and width.
- Now, add the different fields to the ID card. To add the fields, you can enter the data manually, or load it from excel file or batch series.
Step 2 : Change the Symbol Properties of the Designed ID Card.
- Select the Symbol option from the available design tools to add a unique symbol to your ID card.
- Change the various symbol properties like outline, reflection, fill type, etc, by double-clicking on the inserted symbol.
- Outline:Display an outline around the symbol by clicking on show outline checkbox, and then change the outline width, and outline color.
- Reflection:Select the Show Reflection option to add a reflection of the symbol. Change the reflection transparency, X offset, and Y offset.
- Fill Type: Change the default color of the symbol with any other color, gradient, style, or no color.
Step 3 : Change the Image Properties of the Designed ID Card.
- Click on the New Image option to add a custom image to your ID card. You can also add a predefined image by selecting the Image Library option.
- Double-click on the applied image to change its general and other properties as shown in the above screenshot.
- General Properties:Modify the type of data source, and change the image by capturing another image from the connected camera, browsing the image from the system, or selecting from the library.
- Add a border around the image by enabling the Show Image Border option and modify the border color, border style, and border width.
- Other Properties:Modify the value of hue, contrast, brightness, transparency, and rotation angle. You can also enable the gray scale, sepia, invert color, flip image vertical, and horizontal properties.
